Janeen Oliver

Janeen Oliver serves as the Sales Director at Hi-Grade Materials, a Robar Enterprises company, since May 2024, leading sales efforts in the Victor Valley, Antelope Valley, Morongo Basin, and Coachella Valley regions. Prior to this role, Janeen held the position of Sr. Ready Mix Sales Representative with Catalina Pacific, a CalPortland company, from March 2014 to April 2024, specializing in the Los Angeles Metropolitan market. Janeen's experience includes serving as Board President for CREW Collaborative, a Concrete Salesperson and Account Manager at Robertson's Ready Mix, and managing sales and dispatch operations at Paramount Ready Mix. Earlier career roles include project coordination at Verizon and supervisory positions at Starbucks. Janeen holds a Certificate of Completion in Construction Project Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills, as well as degrees in English Literature from Cerritos College and California State University, Fullerton.
