Judy Navarrete

Judy Navarrete, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at TC Transcontinental since March 2022, where responsibilities include supporting a leadership team of 70-100 employees, overseeing safety, and mentoring HR and Safety resources across the US and Mexico. Judy is also involved as a committee member with the Inland Empire SHRM and the American Red Cross's Home Town Heroes initiative. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Total-American Investment Company from November 2014 to March 2022, AVP of Human Resources for Popular Community Bank from November 2010 to November 2014, and various HR roles at SK Textile, Woods Equipment Company, ConAgra Foods, and Hollander Sleep Products, demonstrating extensive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, and safety programs. Judy holds a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of La Verne and has participated in additional studies at California State University, Long Beach.
