Thomas Yardley currently serves as a partner in the litigation group at Robbins, Salomon & Patt, Ltd., where responsibilities include handling various litigation matters in state and federal courts, focusing on commercial, banking, corporate, securities, and insurance disputes. Prior to this role, Thomas was a partner at Arnstein & Lehr LLP for over seventeen years, representing diverse corporate and individual clients in litigation and bankruptcy cases. Earlier experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Peterson & Ross, specializing in coverage litigation for insurance clients, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Paddy McNamara. Thomas holds an M.B.A. in Electronic Commerce from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a J.D. from Marquette University Law School, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
