Shawn Fairweather has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Shawn started their career in 2005 as a Production Scheduler/Analyst at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, where they were responsible for scheduling and administering work orders. Shawn held vital SAP roles and contributed to budgetary and time constraints.

In 2007, Shawn joined Robbins-Gioia, LLC, where they served as the Director of Technical Solutions. In this role, they designed and developed solutions aligned with clients' organizational and strategic needs. Shawn also provided support to the Business Development and Capture Management teams.

Additionally, Shawn held the position of Chief Enterprise and Solution Architect at Robbins-Gioia, where they were responsible for the architectural design and modernization of enterprise systems. Shawn formed and managed the RG Technical Architecture Group and provided strategic advice to the executive team.

Throughout their career, Shawn demonstrated strong leadership skills and proficiency in software development, testing, and project management.

Shawn Fairweather, EA, LSS, SA has a diverse education history. Shawn obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Pre Law from the University of Scranton, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to attending the University of Scranton, Shawn was enrolled at Luzerne County Community College from 2003 to 2006, specializing in the field of Social Sciences before transferring to the University of Scranton.

In 2014, Shawn acquired a Certificate of Completion in Introduction to SQL after completing a course at the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County.

To further expand their knowledge and skills, Shawn attended Learning Tree International in 2016 for a course on System and Network Security Introduction, although they did not obtain a degree.

In addition to their educational background, Shawn has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the Enterprise Architecture Certification (EACOE) from EACOE. Two years later, in 2015, Shawn acquired the Lean/DFSS Six Sigma Green Belt from the Aveta Business Institute and the SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
