Amber de Lang

Amber de Lang has extensive work experience in various roles. Amber began their career as an intern at Holiday Inn Valencia, where they worked as a Housekeeping Manager. Amber later interned at Emolife as an Event Manager and then became a Project Coordinator for the "Baantjes Battle" project.

Amber then worked at Vanilia as a Senior Style Advisor before transitioning to a career in the IT industry. Amber started at Robeco as an IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master, responsible for delivering projects and maintaining investment and back-office domain applications. Amber further advanced in their career at Robeco, serving as the Head of IT Delivery for Investments, Risk, and Compliance, leading a team responsible for these domains' delivery.

Amber later became the Senior Business Analyst for the Data & Reporting applications at Robeco, utilizing their expertise in data management and reporting. Amber then served as a Project Manager for IT Investment Front Office Services, managing cross-team projects for the Front-office.

Currently, in addition to their IT career, Amber pursues their passion as an abstract/contemporary artist. Amber creates wall art and manages various aspects of their artistic career, including website building, social media content creation, administration, and marketing.

Throughout their work experience, Amber has developed a range of skills, including analytical skills, leadership, communication, domain knowledge in investments and risk, strategic thinking, and requirements gathering.

Amber de Lang has a strong educational background. Amber obtained a Master's degree in Organisational Change & Consulting from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the year 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Premaster program in Business Administration at the same institution, which they started in 2011 and finished in 2012. Before attending the Rotterdam School of Management, Amber earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Hotel Management School Maastricht, specializing in the Maastricht Hotel School of Management. Amber completed this degree between 2007 and 2011. Lastly, their secondary education was completed at Emmauscollege Rotterdam, where they completed their VWO degree in Economie & Maatschappij, which they obtained between 2001 and 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Amber de Lang has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Amber completed the Advanced Product Owner certification from Agile Academy Prowareness in October 2017. In November 2016, they obtained the Certified Agile Tester certification from iSQI GmbH. And in August 2015, they achieved the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
