Anouk Klemann

Anouk Klemann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2011, they served as the Treasurer of the board of Comitas, a student association, where they managed the association's treasury, handled financial statements, and oversaw budgeting for events.

In 2012, they worked as a Finance Trainee at Hilton Sandton and later at Hilton Worldwide's Regional Office Africa & Indian Ocean.

From 2013 to 2014, Anouk worked as a Proprietary Trader at Accent Circonflexe Groupe BV, where they made independent trading decisions based on the trading book, corporate events, and trends.

Anouk joined ING in 2016 and held multiple roles, including Business Consultant for Global Collateral Management, where they implemented projects and collaborated with IT teams, finance, and legal. Additionally, they served as an Innovation Project Manager for Financial Markets and later as a Business Manager for Financial Markets & Group Treasury, overseeing agile implementation, portfolio management, business management, and change management.

Currently, Anouk is employed at Robeco as a Project Manager, a role they started in January 2023.

Anouk Klemann's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended St. Antoniuscollege, where they obtained a Higher General Secondary Education degree in Economy and Society from 2002 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Anouk pursued further education at TIAS School for Business and Society, where they specialized in Finance and earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from 2014 to 2015.
