Conny Wegerif

Conny Wegerif has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Conny started their career at Robeco in 1989 as an Event Marketeer and has been with the company for over three decades. During their time at Robeco, they have held various positions including Assistant to COO, Yoga Nidra teacher, Coach and mentor, and Member of the Robeco Works Council. Conny has also been involved in promoting diversity at Robeco through their role in Diversity@FIRST, where they emphasized the importance of diverse opinions and backgrounds in achieving better results for clients. In addition to Robeco, Conny was a Board Member at Stichting NIMF, an exclusive network focused on pension and investment policy, from 2006 to 2019. Conny was also a Board Member at ViiP - Vrouwen in institutioneel Pensioen from 2011 to 2017.

Conny Wegerif participated in the Deeprelax Yoga Nidra Teacher opleiding at the House of Deeprelax in 2019. In 2018, Conny attended Coach de Coach but did not pursue a degree or specify a field of study.
