Corina Maasland

Corina Maasland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Corina began their career in 1996 as a Roll out team member, assisting in setting up the Ashland Shared Service Center in Rotterdam. Corina then worked at Ashland Inc, starting as an Accounts Payable Specialist and later advancing to roles such as Accounting Assistant and Associate Accountant. In these positions, they were responsible for various accounting tasks including month-end activities, journal entries, accrual accounting, and intercompany allocations. Corina also provided support for external and internal audits and participated in yearly stock takes. From 2006 to 2016, Corina served as an SAP Power User FI/CO and Global One Trainer Financial Accounting at Ashland Inc, where they were responsible for training employees on the use of SAP and advising correct accounting practices. In 2008, they transitioned to a role as a Financial Accountant at Ashland Inc, where they had full responsibility for two manufacturing legal entities in Finland. Their job included tasks such as balance sheet and income statement management, tax calculations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Lastly, in 2017, Corina joined Eastman Chemical Company as an Accountant before moving on to their current position in 2019 as an Officer Accounting Finance at Robeco.

Corina Maasland has a background in accounting and commercial economics. Corina completed an MBA in Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie, with a specialization in accounting. Additionally, they have studied at MEAO, where they focused on commercial economics. Corina also obtained the NIMA A and NIMA B qualifications in marketing. Finally, they have a Praktijk Diploma Boekhouden, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of accounting.
