Ghislaine Nadaud has extensive work experience in the field of sustainability and environmental law. Ghislaine is currently working as a Senior Sustainable Investing Specialist at Robeco since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Visiting Researcher at the National University of Singapore's Asia Pacific Centre for Environmental Law since January 2021.
Ghislaine also held the position of Head of ESG Solutions APAC at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation from May 2021 to April 2022. Before that, Ghislaine worked as a Consultant at UNDP from February 2021 to June 2021.
In terms of their earlier roles, Ghislaine served as an Associate at Shift Project, a pro bono advisory firm, from November 2020 to April 2021. Ghislaine also had a long tenure at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they held various positions including Head of Sustainability Asia Pacific and Senior Advisor ESG Risk, Advisory & Monitoring. Ghislaine'sresponsibilities at ABN AMRO included establishing the bank's first regional Sustainability Department, driving the bank's agenda on sustainable finance, and maintaining involvement in regional multi-stakeholder forums.
Ghislaine had additional involvement in various organizations related to sustainability. Ghislaine was a Member of the Green and Sustainable Loan Committee at Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) from June 2019 to December 2020 and a Member and FI Representative of the Shared Responsibility Taskforce at Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) from March 2019 to December 2020. Ghislaine also served as a Member and FI representative for the RSPO Principles and Criteria Review Taskforce from April 2017 to November 2018.
Furthermore, Ghislaine held the position of Boardmember & Chair of the Sustainable Business Committee at ADB-DutchCham (Dutch Chamber of Commerce Singapore) from October 2016 to January 2019.

Ghislaine Nadaud has an extensive education history. In 1990, they completed their Gymnasium degree at Bernardinuscollege. Following this, they attended Leiden University from 1996 to 2002 and obtained a Master of Law degree. During their time at Leiden University, they also attended Monash University in 2001, specializing in and completing courses in International Law and International Human Rights.
In 2008, Ghislaine pursued a post-graduate degree in Employment/Labour Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Moving forward to 2011, they enrolled at UNEP FI, where they focused on Environmental and Social Risk Analysis. Additionally, in 2012, they attended courses at Community Insights, specializing in Social Impact Assessment. That same year, they also completed a program at UN Global Compact, concentrating on Business & Human Rights.
Furthermore, in 2013, Ghislaine Nadaud received training from Social Accountability International in SA 8000 Introduction and Basic Auditor Training. In 2017, they took part in Sustainability Studies at the University of Cambridge. Finally, in 2020, Ghislaine undertook a program at UNEP FI, focusing on Climate Change & the TCFD.
