Guido Ter Horst

Guido ter Horst has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as an IT service coordinator at Robeco since March 2020. Previously, Guido worked as a corporate IT incident manager at Allianz Nederland from August 2018 to March 2020, focusing on developing and implementing improvement proposals. From December 2003 to February 2018, Guido held various managerial roles at CED Europe, including team manager of services, IT operations manager, manager of system management, and system administrator, where responsibilities included ITIL process implementation, team leadership, and ensuring the functionality of 24/7 processes. Earlier career experience includes working as a system administrator and software programmer at WaarborgHolland from 1991 to 2003.
