Marieke Geleijns has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Marieke started their career in 1999 as a Human Resources Director at Appoint Holding B.V. Marieke then moved on to work as a Beleidsmedewerker Compensation & Benefits at Deloitte from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they joined Marsh & Mc Lennan Companies as a Senior Consultant HR from 2004 to 2009. At Marsh & Mc Lennan Companies, they gained expertise in HR consulting. In 2009, they joined Van Hessen as a Global Human Resources Manager and was responsible for the development and global execution of international HR strategy. Marieke advised the Board of Directors and Managers and handled various HR functions such as talent and management development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and expat management. Since 2012, they have been working at Robeco as a Human Resource Business Partner.
Marieke Geleijns pursued their education from 1992 to 1997 at Erasmus University Rotterdam. During this time, they completed a degree in Dutch Law, earning the title of "mr" (which stands for "meester in de rechten" in Dutch).
