Paulrich Tan, CFA, CAIA has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Paulrich is currently working at Robeco as the Director, Strategic Product Manager - APAC, responsible for product development and management of Robeco funds in the APAC region and formulating product strategy. Before joining Robeco, Paulrich was a Senior Product Manager at NN Investment Partners, where they were responsible for the product life cycle of mutual fund products and led strategic projects such as fund rationalization and product range integration. Prior to that, they worked at ING Investment Management as an Assistant Product Manager and at ING Investment Management Philippines as a Product Development and Marketing Support Analyst. Paulrich started their career at COL Financial Group as an Intern in Equity Research.

Paulrich Tan, CFA, CAIA has an extensive education history. Paulrich began by completing their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Engineering (Honors Program) at Ateneo de Manila University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, they participated in an exchange program at Hong Kong Baptist University, where they studied Cross-Cultural and Comparative Management.

Paulrich later pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Finance at the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their academic achievements, Paulrich holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association.
