Tanja Peeters Weem

Tanja Peeters Weem has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Tanja is currently working as the Manager Digital HR & Analytics at Robeco since March 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Deloitte Nederland from 2013 to 2022, including Manager HR Transformation | Workday and Senior Consultant HR Transformation. Tanja also worked as a Consultant HR Transformation & Talent Management at Deloitte Nederland from April 2013 to September 2014. Before joining Deloitte, Tanja participated in the Young Colfield Talent Program, where they gained experience in the work field through three projects focusing on improving internal managerial issues at public and private companies. Tanja started their career as a Trainee at EMLYON Business School in 2009 and worked as a Research Assistant in Public Administration at Radboud University Nijmegen from 2008 to 2009.
