Ton van Gaalen

Ton van Gaalen has a comprehensive work experience in the IT industry. Ton started their career in 1996 at PinkRoccade Civility as a Management Trainee and Project Manager, where they worked on IT infrastructure and application migration/implementation projects in the public sector. Additionally, they were responsible for scheduling customer service activities of over 100 application consultants as the Manager of the Project Office.

In 2000, Ton joined LogicaCMG as a Consultant and Project Manager, providing their expertise in sales and project management. Ton later became a Sales Manager, leading the sales team in achieving targets.

In 2008, Ton moved on to Robeco, where they took on various roles. Ton started as an Account Manager RD, and then progressed to become a Team Lead in Business Alignment RD. Subsequently, they became a Team Lead in Change and later took on the role of Manager in IT Delivery Infrastructure. In this role, they were in charge of the IT workspace transformation, data center move, and the Future of IT (FIT) program. Ton also managed the IT Life Cycle Management program and the administration and support of identity management platforms, request management platforms, and software deployment platforms. Ton's latest position in Robeco was as the Head of IT Delivery, overseeing the overall IT delivery operations.

Throughout their career, Ton has demonstrated their expertise in IT project management, infrastructure improvement, sales, and leadership.

Ton van Gaalen obtained a Msc degree in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Sint Maartens College from 1981 to 1987 and completed their Atheneum degree. Ton'searlier education includes their time at Lusthof from 1973 to 1981, although the specific degree or field of study completed at that institution is not available.
