James Deane-Butcher

James Deane-Butcher is the current General Manager (Adelaide) at Robert Bird Group. James has been with the company since December 2009, previously holding the title of Senior Associate. Prior to joining Robert Bird Group, James worked as a Senior Structural Engineer for Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) from March 2008 to November 2009 and Barrett Mahony Consulting Engineers from January 2006 to February 2008. James started their career as a Site Engineer for Mowlem Plc in January 2002 and remained with the company until December 2005.

James Deane-Butcher graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. James then went on to complete their Master of Construction Management at Swinburne University of Technology. James is a certified professional engineer with Engineers Australia and is also a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
