Nelson Chin

Nelson Chin is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Robert Bird Group since August 2018, Nelson previously held senior structural engineering roles at Jacobs from 2010 to June 2018, and KNK Consult Sdn Bhd for a brief period in 2009-2010. Early career experience includes positions at PUNCH Consulting Engineers and T.Y. Lin International. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a postgraduate certificate in Displacement-based Seismic Design from the University of Canterbury, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
