Sam Morgante has extensive experience in government relations and public policy, currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Robert H. Jackson Center since August 2018. Previously, Sam worked in long-term care public policy consulting from 2016 to June 2020, providing strategic advice to federal and state policymakers. Sam held the role of Vice President of Government Relations at Genworth Financial from 2004 to 2015, focusing on long-term care insurance, and served as Vice President of Government Relations at GE Capital from 1994 to 2004. Earlier in the career, Sam was the Director of Product Development and Government Relations at American Express from 1991 to 1994. Sam earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance/Marketing from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.
