Elaine Lam

Elaine Lam is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for Robert Half in Hong Kong since March 2008, Elaine leads a team focused on recruiting for finance, accounting, internal audit, compliance, risk, and operations positions across various financial services industries, including investment banks and asset management firms. Prior to this role, Elaine worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the Banking Division at Michael Page and served as an Associate Banker in Private Banking at Citigroup. Elaine's career began as an Account Manager in Corporate Sales at PCCW. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, obtained in 2001.
