Erika Ferguson

Erika Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and marketing, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Practice Director at Robert Half since March 2024. Additionally, Erika is a member of WITI. Prior to these roles, Erika held the position of Principal Recruiter at Jobot from June 2023 to March 2024 and returned to Robert Half in various capacities, including Assistant Vice President, Account Manager, and Senior Recruiter from June 2019 to June 2023.
