Kari Paulsey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Programs at Robert Half since July 2019. In this role, Kari leads a team focused on designing and implementing employee experience programs to enhance organizational performance. Prior to Robert Half, Kari held the position of Vice President, Employee Engagement and Communications Program Manager at MUFG in the Americas, where strategies were developed to drive positive change within the organization. Kari's earlier career at BlackRock included multiple leadership roles, such as Vice President of iShares Professional Development Manager and Head of Client Order Management, contributing to the development of training programs and the management of client onboarding processes. Kari’s career began at Wells Fargo, where roles included Branch Manager and Division Teller Trainer. Kari holds a BA in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
