Marla Moore-Spies

Marla Moore-Spies is an experienced professional in leadership development and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Leadership Development at Robert Half since September 2019. In this role, Marla researches and develops various leadership programs, creates training content, and implements industry best practices. Prior to this position, Marla worked at Pro Staff from December 2004 to August 2019, holding multiple roles including Regional Director for the Twin Cities and Director of Sales and Operations. Marla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School.
