Scott Haverlock

Scott Haverlock serves as Global Vice President of Compensation & HR Analytics at Robert Half since September 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Aramark from January 2015 to August 2020, and as the Talent & Total Rewards Senior Leader at Niagara Bottling, overseeing HR functions for a 2,000-employee manufacturing firm. Scott was also Senior Manager of Total Rewards Innovation at Walmart from 2011 to 2013, leading a national benefits innovation lab. Earlier experience includes directing the Corporate HR department at Southwest Gas Corporation and managing corporate benefits at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where health and wellness programs were implemented for 30,000 employees. Scott began a career in the field as a Benefits/Compensation Administrator at NV Energy, acquiring comprehensive HR expertise. Scott holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
