Siobhan O'Sullivan

Siobhan O'Sullivan (Kenny-Sanders) currently serves as the Global Director of Product Marketing at Robert Half since January 2022. Previously, Siobhan held the position of Senior Global Product Marketing Manager at both Zillow and Align Technology, focusing on strategic growth and marketing for new products in digital treatment planning for Invisalign clear aligners. With experience as a Global New Product Marketing Manager at 3M, Siobhan specialized in new product launches for the Oral Care Direct Solutions business and participated in a Leadership Development Program at 3M. Earlier roles include an internship in the MBA Career Development Program at USAA, where market insights were leveraged for strategic implementation, and serving as the DCS Services Director at Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services, where a statewide program for integrating child welfare policies with mental health services was developed. Siobhan holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Rutgers Business School, an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University.
