Tanner Lauka

Tanner Lauka, MBA, serves as the Senior IT Recruiter at Robert Half Technology since June 2012, specializing in providing technology-focused local talent across West Michigan, including Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. Prior to this role, Tanner worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at CompHealth from September 2009 to June 2012, where responsibilities included recruiting therapists and marketing candidates for CompHealth employment. Additionally, Tanner gained initial experience as a Healthcare Scheduler and Recruiter at Independence Plus, Inc., from April 2008 to September 2009. Tanner holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oral Roberts University.
