Angela Miller-May

Angela Miller-May serves as the Chief Investment Officer at the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund since August 2021 and is an Advisory Board Member for the Toigo Foundation. Angela is also a Board Member at Saint Ignatius College Prep, LINK Unlimited Scholars, and Women Investment Professionals (WIP) Chicago. Prior to their current role, Angela was the Chief Investment Officer and Director of Investments at the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund from November 2010 to August 2021, where responsibilities included developing and implementing investment strategies and monitoring manager performance. Angela's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Department Manager at Fiserv Remittance and Check Solutions. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Accounting and Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, along with a CAIA certification from 2019 to 2020.
