Laura Yates

Laura Yates has a solid work experience in the field of IT support and recruitment applications. Laura started their career in 1996 at Motability Operations, where they worked as an IT Support specialist until 2003. Laura then joined Hudson as an IT Support specialist and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Laura worked at FiveTen Group as a Recruitment Applications Manager and later as a Recruitment IT Applications Manager. In 2015, Laura joined Robert Walters as an Applications Support Specialist and subsequently took up the role of Head of Business Applications - APAC. In 2021, they became the Head of Product Support at Robert Walters.

Laura Yates attended Sir George Monoux College from 1994 to 1996. Laura did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. In 2019, Laura obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
