Pim van der Groen

Pim van der Groen has over two decades of experience in recruitment and management consulting, primarily with Robert Walters, where since October 2006, Pim has held the position of Director Executive Search and Director of Robert Walters Eindhoven. Responsibilities include overseeing executive search and recruitment within various sectors such as accounting, finance, banking, legal, and IT. Prior roles at Robert Walters include Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant, contributing to significant expertise in the field. Earlier career experience includes positions at DHR International NEUMANN as an Executive Search Consultant and at ERLY as an Organisatie Adviseur. Pim holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
