Jan Mihalow

Jan Mihalow, Ph.D., MBA, serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County since April 2025 and has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Mercer County Community College since January 2005, focusing on Leadership & Motivation, Team Building, Human Resources, and Business Management. Additionally, Jan has been an Adjunct Professor of Business at Southern New Hampshire University since August 2019, teaching undergraduate students critical business skills and has experience teaching public health courses at Kaplan University Online. For over two decades, Jan has held various roles at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, currently functioning as a Senior Program Financial Analyst, and previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Sarnoff Corporation. Jan holds a Master of Business Administration from Walden University, Ph.D. degrees in Healthcare and Public Health Administration from Capella University, and a Master’s in Business Management from Thomas Edison State University.
