Kylie Hall

Grants Operations Assistant at Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Kylie Hall, grants operations assistant, joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF, the Foundation) in 2022. Her work supports the Foundation’s grants management process, from intake to award. She also serves as a front-line resource for the public and RWJF staff. With her previous experience in test development, database management, and fundraising, she views her work as an opportunity to support nonprofits and help promote the Foundation’s vision of building a Culture of Health in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible.

Previously, Kylie served as a program associate with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), where her work supported ABIM’s evolving board certification programs for physicians. In an earlier role, she was a program administrator with Tech Impact in Wilmington, Delaware, where she helped develop information technology support services for more than 200 students, from enrollment through employment. In other positions, she worked with the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, a nonprofit committed to restoring and protecting the Delaware River and Bay.

Kylie earned a BS in mass communication and a BA in Music Industry from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. She is currently pursuing an MBA from Wilmington University in Delaware.
