Shakila Woltz

Shakila Woltz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management and program development, currently serving as a Grants Management Specialist at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation since July 2019. In this role, Shakila coordinates the grantmaking process for the Ideas for an Equitable Future Team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies while facilitating communication among various stakeholders. Previous positions include Interim Equity Lead at RWJF, where Shakila contributed to the development of institutional values on equity, and Program Manager of the AmeriCorps Program at The Jewish Renaissance Foundation, overseeing service learning opportunities in the community. Shakila holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Public Health from Montclair State University.
