Mindy Garfinkel

Mindy Garfinkel is an experienced Grants Management Specialist currently working at the U.S. Department of the Treasury since October 2023. Previously, Mindy held a similar position at the National Endowment for the Arts from April 2009 to October 2023, as well as serving as Special Assistant to the Director of Government Affairs and Arts Education Specialist at the same organization from September 1988 to July 2001. Mindy's career also includes a role as a Grants Specialist at the U.S. Department of Education from 1987 to September 1988. Mindy Garfinkel holds an MA in Organization Development and a Fellowship in Change Management from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a BA in Art Education from The Ohio State University.
