Hartley Rodie

Hartley Rodie is an experienced professional in the sales and asset management sectors, currently serving as Group Sales Manager at Roberts Resorts & Communities since February 2024. Prior to this role, Hartley held the position of Asset Manager at Vintage Partners, LLC from October 2020 to September 2023 and was the Managing Partner at The Churchill from November 2017 to September 2020. Hartley co-founded Plus One Productions, and served as Managing Partner at both Gringo Star Street Bar and The Montauk Az. Hartley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completed in 2012, and graduated from Chaparral High School in 2007.
