Terry Rayner

Terry Rayner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the printing and mailing industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Integrator at Roberts Printing & Mailing since February 2023. In this role, Terry focuses on accountability to core values and fostering growth among team members to develop engaged problem solvers. Previously, as Lean Thinking Manager at JPS Graphics Corporation from July 2018 to December 2022, Terry successfully implemented lean concepts to improve workflows and achieve customer satisfaction without increasing headcount. Terry's career also includes significant leadership positions, such as Solutions Specialist at RRD - Innovative Solutions, Plant Manager at JPS Graphics Corporation, and COO at Coastal Printing, among others. Terry holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Croydon College.
