Ruth W. Garner

Ms. Garner received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her law degree from the University of Houston Law School in 1981. She began practicing law in Bryan, Texas with the firm of Dillon & Giesenschlag where her primary focus was real estate law. Ms. Garner has represented title companies, banks, mortgage lenders and mortgage insurance companies in various areas including loan origination, loan servicing, foreclosure and post-foreclosure deficiencies. Ms. Garner is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Texas Association of Bank Counsel, and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
