Brian McDonald

Brian McDonald is the current Chief Operating Officer at Robertson & Company. Prior to their current position, they held various roles at CIBC World Markets from January 2008 to July 2014, including Resourcing and Senior Recruitment Manager for Wholesale Banking, Finance, Risk Management & Treasury. From January 2004 to December 2005, they were with Research In Motion as Recruitment.

In their role as Chief Operating Officer, Brian is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Robertson & Company. Brian oversees a team of managers and works closely with the CEO to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Brian is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to problems. Brian's experience in recruiting and talent management has been invaluable in their current role, where they are responsible for attracting, retaining and developing talent within Robertson & Company.
