Kelly Bristow is an experienced consultant, coach, and trainer, currently owning Flourish Consulting since May 2022 and providing coaching and professional development services. Kelly also holds multiple associate positions, including coaching neurodivergent clients at ADHD Impact and Genius Within CIC, as well as serving as a workplace strategy coach at neurobox. Additional roles include associate coach and trainer at C Baird Consultancy Ltd., business and coaching psychologist at Occ Psychs, and associate organizational psychologist at Robertson Cooper, focusing on workplace wellbeing. Kelly is also engaged as a test administrator at Hogrefe Ltd. and as an associate lecturer in psychology at Arden University, utilizing inclusive teaching methods. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Oxford Brookes University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
