Jennifer Knight, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in coaching and training roles. Jennifer started their most recent position in February 2022 as the Performance Coaching Chair at SERHANT. Ventures. Prior to that, they worked as a Robin Coach at Robin. Jennifer also has experience as a Select Soccer Coach at Georgetown Soccer Association from August 2017 to June 2022. From January 2011 to February 2022, Jennifer worked as a Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert for AFSC/Magellan Federal, where they taught and coached performance and resilience skills to soldiers. Jennifer has also held positions as a Group Fitness Instructor at the Student Recreation Center, University of Idaho from August 2009 to August 2010, and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Idaho from August 2006 to May 2010. In addition, Jennifer served as the Girls' Director of Coaching at Moscow United Soccer Club from November 2006 to July 2009.

Jennifer Knight, PhD, obtained their education in a progressive manner. Jennifer first pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in American Government from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they attended Georgia Southern University from 2004 to 2006 and completed their Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Sport Psychology. Jennifer then continued their academic journey by enrolling at the University of Idaho, where they successfully earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Performance Psychology.
