Ericka Poltash

Ericka Poltash currently serves as Head of Development at Superkind since February 2020, where the focus is on creating the Peep app to enhance fashion discovery through photo integration. Prior experience includes various roles at Hutch from January 2018 to January 2020, including Senior Producer and Product Manager, where significant achievements were made in increasing conversion rates and optimizing user onboarding. Additionally, Ericka worked as Project Coordinator at Park Pictures New York, managing communications for large production teams, and held internship roles at TransPerfect, Vera Wang, Iberostar Group, and Half Moon, which included project management and marketing initiatives. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in History from Amherst College, alongside an Extension Certificate in Experiential Design from ArtCenter College of Design, and has international education experience through IES Abroad Rome.
