Courtney Washington

Courtney Washington has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Courtney began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Conduit Global, where they provided support and assistance to customers regarding their prepaid cell phone service. Courtney demonstrated proficiency in navigating various computer software systems and handled payment refunds. After that, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Representative and Phone Banker, where they provided guidance and solutions to team members on customer financial matters and played a crucial role in training and onboarding new employees. Courtney also operated multiple internal databases and delivered exceptional service to customers. Following their time at Wells Fargo, Courtney worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Amazon, managing employee medical leave cases and conducting call quality audits. Courtney also coordinated and led department team meetings. Courtney then joined UnitedHealth Group as a Customer Service Advocate, serving as the initial contact for health insurance consumers and directing their requests to the appropriate channels. Currently, Courtney is working at Robin Healthcare as a Medical Scribe, transcribing care notes for an orthopedic provider with a high level of accuracy and utilizing medical terminology to assign ICD-10 codes. Courtney demonstrates proficiency in managing and safeguarding sensitive patient health records.

Courtney Washington is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems & Analytics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Courtney is expected to complete their degree in 2023. In 2010, they attended the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, where they studied Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor.

In addition to their education, Courtney has obtained various certifications. In 2023, they acquired certifications in Microsoft Excel 2019 Advanced, Microsoft Excel 2019 Introductory, Microsoft Word 2019 Advanced, and Microsoft Word 2019 Introductory from Credly. Courtney also obtained a certification in Social Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel from the CITI Program in 2023.
