Yakshika Vats is a versatile professional with significant experience in multiple domains. As Co-Founder of Humans of Volunteering since July 2020, Yakshika aims to foster a supportive environment for volunteers, organizations, and citizens while promoting storytelling about volunteerism. In the role of Chief Operating Officer at Mars Engineers since March 2020, Yakshika has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. As Founder of Pour Heart Creativity, established in March 2015, Yakshika focuses on monetizing handmade crafts, blending creativity with business. Additionally, as a volunteer with the Robin Hood Army since March 2018, Yakshika has played a key role in addressing hunger and food wastage, enhancing leadership and management abilities. Previous internships at DigiStreet Media Pvt. Ltd. and Bajaj Finserv provided foundational experience in brand marketing and finance. Yakshika holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Arts in Economics from Amity University.
