Mario Montenegro

Mario Montenegro has a strong background in DevOps and Cloud, with experience in companies such as RobinFood and Liberty Latin America. At Liberty Latin America, they worked as a Back Office CI/CD Engineer, responsible for implementing DevOps processes using various tools and technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Consultec-TI as a DevOps Consultant, where they proposed and implemented complete DevOps flows for microservices using IBM, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and other tools. Mario also has experience as a DevOps Engineer at Banco General, where they implemented deployment automation pipelines and managed various systems. Mario began their career as a Software Assistant at Bufete Illueca and later worked as a Mobile Applications Developer at EtyaLab.

Mario Montenegro obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá. In addition, they hold various certifications including Prompt Engineering with ChatGPT from Platzi, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Introduction to Ansible, Containers and Orchestration, Kubernetes Quick Start from A Cloud Guru, and a Microsoft Office Specialist certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business.
