Erika Dean

Erika Dean is the CISO at Robinhood. Erika has over 20 years of experience in the IT and cybersecurity industries.

Dean started their career at Capital One in October 2000 as a VP and Divisional Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, they were responsible for setting the Cyber vision, priorities, and strategy for multiple Capital One businesses.

Dean left Capital One in May 2021 to join Robinhood as their CISO. In their new role, they are responsible for leading the company's cybersecurity efforts and protecting customer data.

Their manager is Vlad Tenev, Co-Founder & CEO. Some of their coworkers include Kyle Matson - Chief of Staff, Baiju Prafulkumar Bhatt - Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder, and David Dusseault - President & COO, Robinhood Financial.
