Lara McLeod is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across various industries. Currently serving as the Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Business Lead at Robinhood, Lara develops and implements DEI strategies aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace.
