Po-Chun Chang

Po-chun Chang is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Robinhood since January 2024, Po-chun previously held similar roles at Protocol Labs, where significant achievements included a 15X acceleration in chain data extraction processes and a 90% reduction in infrastructure costs. Additional experience includes managing the Core Platform team at DoorDash and serving as Director of Engineering at Grindr, overseeing a team of over 30 engineers. Po-chun co-founded Swipr Corporation and has worked at prominent companies such as Facebook and Oracle, focusing on data services and application development. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s from National Taiwan University.
