Pooya Saeedi

Pooya Saeedi is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Robinhood since March 2025, Pooya previously held similar leadership roles at Coursera, where responsibilities included overseeing Production Engineering, Application Architecture, and SRE teams. A track record includes establishing high availability standards, improving developer experiences, and implementing Agile methodologies across multiple organizations, including Ritual.co and TPC Inc, where Pooya significantly contributed to shifting to SaaS solutions.
