Robert Robles

Robert Robles is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in outsourcing and operational excellence. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Outsourcing and Operational Excellence at Robinhood since July 2021, Robert previously held significant roles at companies including Stripe as Head of Central Operations, Amazon in Last Mile Logistics, and Uber overseeing global vendor management. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Convergys and Sutherland Global Services, along with a tenure as Sr. Project Manager at eBay. Robert holds a degree from Capilano University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
