Ben Peak

Ben Peak is an experienced professional in technical support and engineering with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Since July 2016, Ben has held several positions at Robin, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support, following progressive roles from Application Support Engineer to Senior Manager. Prior to Robin, Ben co-founded MACABItech, a design for manufacturing company, focusing on integrating manufacturing expertise into engineering processes. Additionally, Ben worked as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Klaviyo, where responsibilities included responding to customer inquiries and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and served as a Desktop Support Specialist at BNY Mellon. Educational background includes studies at Worcester State University.
