Elizabeth Gardner

Elizabeth Gardner has extensive experience in patent litigation, currently serving as Of Counsel at Robins Kaplan LLP since November 2018 and previously as Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from January 2016 to October 2018. Prior to that, Elizabeth was a Partner at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP from September 1991 to December 2015, where an initial role as Associate was also held. Elizabeth Gardner earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School between 1988 and 1991, and holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Columbia University, completed from 1982 to 1988.
