Joseph Conte has extensive experience as a Patent Agent, including drafting and prosecuting both domestic and foreign patent applications. Joseph’s practice includes all phases of patent preparation and prosecution as well as intellectual property rights and related due diligence, including patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses. Joseph has worked for clients of all sizes, including large multinational corporations, small companies, and individual inventors, on a wide variety of technologies in the electrical, mechanical, and computer fields. He has helped obtain exceptionally broad protection for inventions involving artificial intelligence, virtual reality, user interfaces, user authentication, video streaming, audio processing, consumer electronics, wireless power transfer, semiconductors, computer memory, computer networks, cellular communications, medical imaging, wind turbines, self-driving vehicles, electric vehicles, aviation, injection molding, and bearings.

Joseph previously worked as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, examining applications for ventilators, massagers, and braces. He has engineering experience in the areas of medical devices, space technology, petroleum engineering, and robotics.
