Lorraine Steele McIppdip

Lorraine Steele MCIPPdip has extensive experience in payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Robinsons Brewery since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing a small team to ensure the Payroll Department operates efficiently. Previously, Lorraine was a Senior Payroll Administrator at AQA from August 2014 to January 2017, managing the monthly staff and pensioners payrolls, as well as contributing to the migration to the Sage Snowdrop payroll system. Earlier experience includes working as a Payroll Clerk at Hays Travel from June 2008 to July 2014, where Lorraine assisted with payroll processing for multiple companies and played a key role in upgrading payroll systems for compliance with auto enrolment regulations. Lorraine holds a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management with CIPP from the University of Worcester and an HNC in Business and Finance from Gateshead College.
